Announcing the Newly Elected Editor

Enrique Molina, after several days of waiting for votes, has received support as the Editor Elect of Gay Christian International!

I will now officially be stepping down. It was nice while I lasted here, but I am now finished. Hopefully he will be able to commit more time than I could to this blog.

Thank You All.

Peace,

Connor

k-reynolds-a-poetry-deactivated asked: can we submit our stories?

Yes! Everyone send me your stories! I want to know how your sexuality has affected your journey with God, whether it made you lose your faith or get closer to our heavenly Father, your relationship with the Church, how you came out, the highs, the lows! Let the world see our stories, because our stories deserve to be told! Too long have we been silenced and ignored!

be-yourself-un-apologetically-d asked: Do any of you ever worry that your relationship with Christ is weaker because your gay (or did you feel like that when you first realized you were)? I seem to feel like that ALOT lately now that Im accepting the fact... :/

I believe that wherever there is love in a relationship there is God,especially if that relationship is Christ centered. A relationship does not fall apart because it has two people of the same sex but because those two people aren’t going to work at that time and place or maybe they just aren’t the right people for each other….Our relationships are not inferior or weaker than heterosexual ones.

safelytoshore asked you: So I don’t know if you know anyone who lives in/around the Phoenix, Arizona area, but this Sunday, my church (Jacob’s Well in Chandler) is doing a series “Bullied by the Bible” and the theme is homosexuality. My pastor said it’d be encouraging for anyone who is LGBT Christian… it’d be awesome for any people who want to hear about it and live in the area to come!

Surprising analysis of Glee last chapter.

He goes on to claim that, in one scene, the character Rachel is “intimidated”, by two gay men, and in another, characters Blaine and Kurt “more-than-subtly flirt” with each other, when Blaine says “you look cute today”.

Collins continues: “And finally, in the most overt display of all, Blaine asks Kurt’s father for his son’s hand in marriage. His father is all in favor of the institution, those who support gay marriage are on the right side of history, he says.

Personally I don’t see it…..
